You may or may not be able to pull off the neon trend when it comes to fashion, but one things for sure – you can work it on your nails! In August / September 2012 OPI will be releasing an Outrageous Neons set which includes six mini polishes.
There will be four neon shades in the kit with yellow, orange, pink and purple. The other two polishes consist of a white base coat (for seriously neon – neons!) and a shiny top coat.
The Outrageous Neons from OPI will be out just in time for the warmer months!
