These sparkling, foil glittery flakes are pretty with their specks of different colours to accessorise your nails. Kind of like putting glitter polish over your nail colour, but these are designed specifically with the added benefit of top coat action and are more eclectic flakes than dots of glitter.
Australis suggest using the Crystal Colour Top Coat over a black base, this definitely makes it stand out but really you can experiment with any base you like.
