Otherwise, you will find that your skin begins to age more quickly than you would like it to. Fifties and beyond

Older skin needs more moisturising than younger skin. So as you get older, it’s important to moisturise your skin more regularly. Otherwise, it will end up becoming dry and flaky, which is what you don’t want, so the more you can moisturise your skin, the better. Ideally, you want to use a face cream that contains collagen and elastin, as this will help to keep your skin looking more youthful for longer. As well as your regular skin care routine of cleansing and toning, it’s also important to make sure to exfoliate your skin a couple of times a week.
