Napoleon Perdis are celebrating red lips with a new collection of classics that are wearable and glamourous. The Double Agent Rouge gives a matte look in which the creator Napoleon says, “Channel your inner Bond Girl.”
An interesting duo which challenges how you would traditionally apply lip product, there is a lipstick palette and lip powder. Use one of the two applicators to swipe on the lipstick, you can build it up as much as required to get a red that’s just right.
Then, use the second applicator to pat and smooth the powder over the top for a look that is both matte and long lasting. Kissable ingredients include Vitamin E and Carnauba Wax in the lippy for smoothness, and Marine Extracts in the powder for protection.
