If you thought BB creams couldn’t get any better, you haven’t tried the new Glow Time Full Coverage Mineral BB Cream from Jane Iredale. It has all the bells and whistles with concealer, sunscreen SPF 25 and moisturiser – and something a little extra. It also works as a full coverage, anti-aging foundation.
Having a heavier foundation added to it makes it a bit thicker than what I am used to – and you don’t really need to use a lot. Everything is smoothed, protected and concealed…and it lasts. I like to apply with my fingers but you can use a sponge if you prefer. Contains grapefruit, bitter orange, aloe, honeysuckle and sunflower.

The second new product from Jane Iredale is the Smooth Affair Facial Primer and Brightener. This is a lightweight product which is used as a primer (before foundation) for a smoother, softer start.
This is a lovely little primer which has a refreshing orange scent which is nice first thing in the morning. There’s no stickiness or oiliness after application, your skin just looks and feels more even and ready for foundation. Also contains grapefruit and apple extracts, green and white tea, coconut, aloe and honeysuckle.
I was particularly interested to try the BB Cream because I have been trying a lot of primers lately, but I’m glad I tried the two products as they are both worth getting excited about.
