Temporary lip tattoos are the latest beauty trend, with celebrities and models being spotted wearing everything from animal prints to polka dots. Violent Lips is a successful brand in the US and is about to land in Priceline stores in Australia from Wednesday 28th December 2011.
Amazingly, one of the co-creators of the brand is just 14 and she runs the business with her dad and sister. These temporary lip appliques are approved by the FDA and are vegan friendly. In each pack of Violent Lips there are 3 tattoos and according to the website, they can last up to 8 hours.

Violent Lips work similarly to a temporary tattoo as they are sealed with water.
There are all different patterns and colours available and it doesn’t matter what size or shapes your lips are because you can customise them to fit.
Available exclusively from Priceline, the Violent Lips temportary tattos will be in stores just in time for New Year’s Eve.

OK, leopard-spotted lips would be interesting but appropriate only for a ‘Cats’ revival or a Halloween party. Everything else, nope. But then I’m just revelling in all the wonderful lip gloss varieties I haven’t tried yet. I don’t need gimmicks.
Saw these the other day in Priceline. Certainly different but very gimmicky. Not for me though, give me lipglosses anyday.
I think this is a fantastic idea, especially if you are going to fancy dress. I dont know how confident I would be wearing this out just for the fun of it.
I like the idea of this. Ive heard ladies doing temporary tatts on their lips which last about 3 months. I wouldnt mind looking into that. My lips are so pale!
